Bluestreak (Diaclone Version)

Call him what you will. Call him Blue Bluestreak, call him Diaclone Bluestreak, call him Catalog Bluestreak, call him the mythical holy grail of Transformers. An extremely short synopsis of the Blue Bluestreak controversy: The toy that was released was grey; however, in the catalog for the initial wave of Transformers, Hasbro included a picture of a Blue Bluestreak in the Autobot group shot. His tech spec showed him as blue, and so did his box art:

The catalog picture and box art were leftovers from the Diaclone line, and although some claim to have seen or owned a Hasbro-boxed Blue Bluestreak, no one to my knowledge has ever produced a sealed specimen.

I was initially reluctant to make him because I didn't want to contribute to all the controversy. But I became more and more interested in the Blue Bluestreak once the U.S. reissue of Silverstreak was announced. It disappointed me that such an obvious chance to give the fans what they've been looking for for so long was overlooked, so as a tribute to the community I've produced the Diaclone/Blue/Catalog Bluestreak Custom Master!
