Twincast is the reincarnation of Blaster in the Japanese Headmasters series. I won't tell you how this comes about, in case you haven't seen it yet! His original toy was not released in the United States.
At left is the Custom Master based on Twincast's toy; I also did a cartoon version:
The only difference between the toy version and the cartoon version (at least as near as I can see) is the color of the face and the positioning of the Autobot insignia, which on the toy version seems...somewhat naughty:
Here are the colors I used for Twincast:
